Cancellation policy

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To cancel or reschedule please call 24 hours prior to your appointment allowing the opportunity for someone else to  schedule a service.  If 24 hours notice is not given  a cancellation/no show fee will be assessed for half of the amount of the scheduled service.

Client satisfaction policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us within 7 days of the service and we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction.   You are our top priority and we want you to be happy.  We look forward to meeting and exceeding your expectations.

 

 

Cell phone policy

As a courtesy to others, we ask that cell phones be turned off while visiting the spa.
