 Cancellations – Day Spa Policies

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To hold your appointment we take a credit card.  The card is not charged at this time.   As a courtesy, to confirm the session, we contact the client by phone or text at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.  If there is a need to reschedule or cancel the appointment, please let us know within that 24 hour time frame to allow the opportunity for someone else to schedule a service.  If 24 hours notice is not given, a cancellation/no show fee will be charged to the credit card  for half of the amount of the scheduled service. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for  unavoidable circumstances such as sickness or family emergency. Client satisfaction policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us within 7 days of the service and we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction.   You are our top priority and we want you to be happy.  We look forward to meeting and exceeding your expectations.

Cell phone policy

As a courtesy to others, we ask that cell phones be turned off while visiting the spa.
