Cancellations
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To hold your appointment, we take a credit card deposit. To confirm the session, we contact the client by text 48 hours prior to the appointment. This is done as a courtesy. If there is a need to reschedule or cancel the appointment, please let us know within that 48 hour time frame to allow the opportunity for someone else to schedule a service. If 48 hours notice is not given, a cancellation/no show fee will be charged to the credit card. If you have questions or concerns about our Day Spa Policies, please call us at 239-206-1216.
Gift certificate policy
Theresa’s Face and Body gift certificates are redeemable our Cape Coral Spa. Our gift certificates can be used toward any spa service. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash only for services. They are also transferable within the allotted time period stated on the certificate.
Refund policy
We do not provide refunds on services however, we are happy to exchange another
service of equal value. All sales on products are final. *Also note that we do not accept any forms of insurance for payment.
Client satisfaction policy
In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us within 7 days of the service and we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction. You are our top priority and we want you to be happy. We look forward to meeting and exceeding your expectations.
Cell phone policy
As a courtesy to others, we ask that cell phones be turned off while visiting the spa.
